Shipping
SHIPPING
Shipping fees cover postage, supplies, and handling. All physical items purchased will be shipped from Los Angeles, California, USA.
Please double check that the address you have provided for shipping is correct! I will not be held responsible for any packages that have been shipped to the wrong address.
If for any reason (ie. family emergency) there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours after processing by USPS.
Domestic
Domestic shipping in the U.S. will be via USPS First Class. Expedited shipping (via USPS Priority Mail) is available at an extra charge and the amount will be based on which expedited service is requested. Orders will be processed no later than 3-5 business days after payment is received. More often than not, your package should be shipped out within 48hrs of purchase.
Please note that packages can sometimes (rarely) take up to 2.5 weeks to be delivered. There are cases when tracking information may not be accurately updated by USPS, especially in the case of delayed packages, but the package most likely is still circulating and traveling to it's destination.
International
International shipping is very similar to the Domestic shipping with additional important notes to be aware of.
International shipping for outside of the U.S. will be via USPS First Class International. Expedited shipping (via USPS Priority Mail International) is available at an extra charge and the amount will be based on which expedited service is requested. Orders will be processed no later than 3-5 business days after payment is received. More often than not, your package should be shipped out within 48hrs of purchase.

Items are packaged very carefully to endure the long distance travel and my best effort is made to ensure a successful delivery to you. Unfortunately, there are times when customs may randomly hold or lose packages therefore delaying or failing delivery. In these cases I do my best to help you, the buyer, through that situation but I am ultimately not financially responsible. Please read the following regarding lost and damaged packages to understand how to handle these cases.
Lost/Damaged Packages
Grandma Girl Designs is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If tracking claims that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, your first course of action should be to check with your family and/or neighbors to see if someone has accepted delivery for your package on your behalf. Please allow an extra few days as the package may still be with your local post carrier in transit.
In the meantime, you can contact USPS at their toll-free number 1-800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777) and let them know that you did not receive your package.
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with USPS. You may file a claim for damaged or lost packages here.
Returns for physical item purchases:
Please contact me within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the cost of purchased items less the cost of shipping (to and from).
Non-Refundable items:
Downloadable digital patterns.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
